A few examples of your responsibilities
  • Own hiring end-to-end. Run the full recruiting loop—from sourcing to final decision—using AI and modern tooling to accelerate the process while applying human judgment where it matters most.
  • Find exceptional talent. Proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple channels, combining outreach, data, and new technologies to surface the strongest people.
  • Build high‑signal evaluations. Design and run structured assessments—tests, interviews, and other evaluation methods that produce clear signal and support confident hiring decisions.
  • Maintain a high talent bar. Assess candidates rigorously to ensure every hire meets the Azienda’s standards.
  • Continuously upgrade the system. Improve recruiting workflows to make hiring faster, more scalable, and more consistent.

For candidates with highly relevant experience, compensation can reach up to £151,436 in London and €145,430 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by Località and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able to receive some of your pay in Azienda equity at a discounted price, allowing you to participate in the value we create together. If relocating to Italia, you may be eligible for a 50% tax reduction.
