The Impact You’ll Have:*** You will oversee managing day-to-day human resources related topics for our colleagues in the Production Site in Arco (Trento) and support the deployment of key HR processes and initiatives.* You will advise management and employees in Employee Relations and Human Resources matters to ensure compliance with Azienda policies and applicable local laws and regulations.* You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, employee experience during all life cycle and engagement and increase productivity and retention.* You will oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with the business goals.* You will ensure Talent Development activities and projects implementation and embedment in your population.* You will plan and manage the technical and soft skills training for the employees.* You will be the HR go to person on Facility management topics and Prima point of contact for payroll topics.**The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:*** You have 4+ years of experience in HR functions within global Companies or in HR-focused consulting firms. You are a Human Resources enthusiast.* You are a dynamic and flexible person looking for a fast-paced environment.* You are available to travel.* Your English is fluent.**Interview with the Talent Acquisition team, the HR Business Partner Operations, the BU HR Director and Plant Director.**We are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs.
