Role Overview

The Team Leader is responsible for the operational management of a team, ensuring high standards of performance, quality, and safety. This role involves coordinating daily activities, supporting the professional growth of team members, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team Monitor KPIs and operational performance to ensure business goals are met.
• Organize and plan work shifts and operational activities.
• Analyze productivity data and propose solutions for process optimization.
• Act as a communication bridge between management and the operations team.
• Provide regular feedback and support the professional development of team members.
• Resolve operational issues and manage team conflicts effectively
