We're Hiring: Product Owner / Technical Project Manager (Industrial Software) We are looking for a Senior Product Owner / Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of our CPPC Tiers industrial control platform , a mission-critical solution for utility-scale renewable and energy storage systems.This is a strategic role at the intersection of industrial software, power systems, and business execution . On site (Acireale, Italia – Rome, Italia)Full remote Your MissionEnsure delivery of CPPC Tiers according to scope, milestones, and business priorities - preventing scope creep and schedule slippage while maintaining technical integrity. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the Jira backlog (epics, user stories, prioritization)Enforce feature freeze and release disciplineAlign R&D activities with commercial and partner expectationsPlan milestones and manage release cadenceSupport scope vs. timeline trade-off decisionsCoordinate across control engineering, software, QA, and integration teams Required Skills & Experience7-10+ years in technical product management or project managementStrong technical backgroundExperience managing complex HW/SW roadmapsIndustrial software development lifecycle knowledgeFamiliarity with energy, automation, or OT environmentsHands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira) We consider both permanent employment and freelance consultancy agreements, depending on the candidate's profile and project needs.
