What The Day Will Look Like

Responsibility for the project management of risk and insurance due diligence process, amongst others client assessment, report writing, data room review, Q&A sessions, and advisory on risk and insurance related issues. Focus on providing insurance-related services to corporates, leading financial sponsors (including investors in Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate asset classes), and portfolio companies in M&A transactions and during their life cycle.

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Insurance Advisory Italia, key focus areas of the role include:

  • Previous experience in insurance and insurance brokerage industry would be a plus
  • Collaborative mindset and teamplay attitude / solid communication skills for client interaction and report writing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time in a fast-growing environment
  • Client-focused and results-driven mentality.
  • Italian mother tongue
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Integrity and discretion with sensitive data.
