We're Hiring: Property Manager – Milan Checkmyguest is expanding in Italia and we're looking for an entrepreneurial Property Manager to lead operations for a newly signed property near Piazza Loreto, Milan, while helping us grow our portfolio across the city. Key responsibilities: Manage CIN/CIR registrations, Alloggiati Web, tourist tax filings and all regulatory compliance Oversee day-to-day property operations, including inventory, housekeeping, maintenance vendors and guest experience Coordinate local service providers and ensure operational excellence Support business growth by sourcing and onboarding new apartments under management We're looking for someone who understands how the Italian short-term rental ecosystem works and can navigate both the operational and regulatory aspects of the business. Requirements: Based in Milan Italian (required) English (required) French (a plus) Experience in hospitality, property management or short-term rentals preferred Why join us?
