Mission As a Sales Area Manager APAC , you will play a key role in accelerating growth and expanding our footprint across Corea del Sud, China, and Giappone. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—translating global vision into regional success, unlocking new opportunities, and strengthening our competitive Posizioneing in one of the world’s most dynamic markets. Your Profile Degree in Electronic, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years’ experience in international B2B / industrial sales. Strong exposure to APAC markets (China, Giappone, Corea del Sud preferred). Proven track record managing sales networks and subsidiaries. Fluent English; Asian languages are a plus. Willingness to travel frequently. What You’ll Do Drive Growth & Strategy Define and execute the APAC sales strategy aligned with global objectives Deliver on revenue, margin, and market share targets Identify new business opportunities and market trends Support complex sales cycles, from opportunity to deal closing Lead & Empower Teams Inspire and guide local commercial teams across APAC Act as the key link between HQ and regional markets Foster alignment on strategy, priorities, and brand Posizioneing Promote collaboration and best practice sharing across countries Build Market Presence Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners Represent ZAPI at industry events and strategic meetings Drive partnerships with distributors, agents, and industrial players Contribute to business planning and regional growth strategies What You’ll Bring Proven experience in international B2B sales (industrial or multi-brand environments) Strong exposure to APAC markets (China, Giappone, Corea del Sud preferred) Experience managing sales networks and driving business growth Fluent in English (Asian languages are a strong plus) Willingness to travel frequently across APAC What Makes You Stand Out Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach Strong commercial drive and results orientation Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills Ability to lead across cultures and influence in matrix organizations High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments Why Join Us Be part of a global leader in electrification Make a visible impact on international markets Work in a fast-growing, innovative, and technology-driven environment Shape the future of mobility alongside top industry professionals Join ZAPI GROUP and help us power the future of electrification.
