SENIOR LEGAL COUNSELPartnering with the people who are innovating how the world meeting needs tomorrow.

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Senior Group Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team. In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice across the organization, supporting senior leadership and key business functions on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and commercial matters. You will play a critical role in managing legal risk, ensuring compliance, and enabling the Azienda to achieve its business objectives.

The successful candidate will be a proactive advisor with strong commercial acumen, capable of navigating complex legal issues in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a strategic and hands‐on leadership role, responsible for defining and implementing the legal strategy for the business area(s) you support. You will report directly to the General Counsel in Stockholm, Svezia, and be a functional member of relevant business area leadership teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGStrategic Legal Advice

Provide senior-level legal counsel to executive leadership and business units on strategic initiatives and operational matters.

Translate complex legal issues into practical business guidance.

Support the development and execution of Azienda strategy while mitigating legal risk.

Commercial & Contracting

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including: Customer and supplier contracts; Strategic partnerships; Licensing and technology agreements.

Procurement and service agreements

Develop and maintain contract templates and negotiation playbooks.

Corporate & Governance

Support corporate governance activities including board and committee matters and acts as a corporate secretary.

Advise on corporate structuring, interAzienda agreements, and corporate transactions.

Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws and governance standards.

Regulatory & Compliance

Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting the business.

Provide guidance on compliance programs and policies.

Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence across jurisdictions.

Identify and manage legal risks across business operations.

Oversee external counsel in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.

Develop strategies to prevent or mitigate potential disputes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with teams including Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, and Operations.

Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders.

Support key corporate projects including M&A, restructuring, and market expansion.

WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

Law university degree, preferably Italian qualification

A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in law firms or as in‐house in a large corporation

Experience working in international teams on global projects

Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership

Strong ability to provide legal advice to global and regional stakeholders and influence decision‐making

High level of proficiency in English (both written and spoken), Italian
