Mission

As part of Quality Team, the Process Auditor must:

  • Carry out quality audits in the Azienda's Domains based on the Quality Management System (QMS) standards; advise auditees for improving operating methods, to ensure the definition, validation and follow up of action plans; issue appropriate alerts in the event of delays
  • Supervise the implementation of action plans and evaluate their effectiveness in controlling the processes audited
  • Support the Risk Assessment evaluation of the Azienda's Domains based on the QMS standards as preventive approach

Expected result:

  • Detect and assess the seriousness of the risks of the audited processes, with focus on all processes related to the Product Conformity
  • Inform the Quality System Corporate Audit Manager, relevant audited departments at the right level according to the seriousness of these risks
  • Share the findings and the risk assessment with all stakeholders, taking their opinions objectively into account, in order to initiate effective improvement actions
  • Validate the robustness of the action plans and alert in the event of any deviation from their progress
  • Follow up the results coming out from action plan
  • Improve audit standards
  • Support the definition of training plan based on Azienda priorities and execute it
  • Represent the Customer Experience Department in the audited entities, depending on the context
  • Prepare a summary of ISO IATF findings and their impact on processes to prioritize the improvement actions for audited departments

Main accountabilities

  • Evaluate the level of control of the audited processes, identify gaps and their severity and propose ways forward
  • Guarantee the identification of the root cause analyses of the deviations detected and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Check the progress of the action plans and alert at the right level in case of drift
  • Verify the effectiveness of action plans in the field
  • Improve Quality System Corporate Audit processes based on Azienda priorities and customer requests
  • Support the qualification of plant auditors plan and monitoring
  • Prepare the facilities and support functions for obtaining and maintaining external certification (IS, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, COP...)
  • Animate the facilities and support functions for obtaining and maintaining the COP external certification
  • During the Batch and Hold phase, to provide to the milestone keeper the quality status of the projects (pre-SOP audit)
  • Represent, depending on the context, the Quality System Corporate Audit Department in the audited entities.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5/7 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Professional proficiency in English - At least B2 level
  • Transverse or specific management of an auditor team
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems standards and requirements (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025,COP) is required
  • Technical competence on car development, production, distribution, sale and after sales
  • Good knowledge of the field and quality processes
  • Good knowledge of the Design field with a proven experiment of automobile engineering system and management of the relation supplier
  • Good knowledge of the Production field and Supply Chain with a proven experiment of management of an entity of production
  • Good knowledge of the field Trades (quality of service) with an experiment proven in the corresponding trades Appraises in the standards and systems of management quality
  • Rigour, objectivity and impartiality
  • Capacity to make decisions and to convince
  • Available to travel

Offer

  • Salary range: from 43.000 € to 48.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
  • Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
