Through its Essential Stores and digital boutique, Campomarzio70 creates refined, personal and memorable experiences for clients who seek authenticity, expertise and emotion. Each store is conceived as a sophisticated space where product knowledge, aesthetic sensitivity and relationship-building come together to transform every visit into a unique journey.

For our Rome store, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager who will represent the values of Campomarzio70 and lead the team towards service excellence, commercial performance and operational quality.

Role

The Store Manager acts as a true ambassador of the brand within the store. The role is responsible for the commercial, operational, strategic and people management of the boutique, with the objective of ensuring an outstanding client experience, achieving sales targets and maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail execution.

Proven experience and a strong understanding of the luxury beauty, cosmetics and artistic fragrance industry, with the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience to high-end clientele while naturally engaging with younger generations through a contemporary, service-driven approach.

The Store Manager reports to the Retail Director.

Main Responsibilities

Team Leadership and People Management

Lead, inspire and develop the sales team, promoting a culture focused on performance, service quality, accountability and relationship excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example, with credibility, consistency and authority, while embodying and transmitting the values of the brand.
  • Creating a positive, elegant and motivating working environment, where people feel engaged, responsible and oriented towards excellence.
  • Developing internal talents through continuous coaching, regular feedback, individual growth plans and targeted training moments.
  • Planning and organizing staff schedules to ensure optimal store coverage according to client flows, business priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Encouraging collaboration, team spirit and the sharing of best practices across the store.
  • Promoting a proactive approach to problem solving, operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Monitoring individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing outstanding contributions.
  • Supporting the Retail Director in building a strong, reliable and high-performing retail team.

Client Experience

Ensure a personalized, sophisticated and memorable experience for every client, in line with the identity, values and service standards of Campomarzio70.

The Store Manager will:

  • Promote a client-centric culture based on listening, expertise, empathy and attention to detail.
  • Build long-term relationships with local and international clients, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure that each client receives a tailored consultation, especially within the world of artistic perfumery, beauty and lifestyle.
  • Handle complex client situations with professionalism, elegance and commercial sensitivity.
  • Actively contribute to the development of clienteling activities, private appointments and personalized shopping experiences.

Sales and Business Performance

Monitor store performance and implement commercial actions aimed at maximizing sales, conversion rate, average transaction value and units per transaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving individual and store sales targets.
  • Monitoring KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Translating performance data into clear priorities and concrete actions.
  • Identifying commercial opportunities and proposing initiatives to increase results.
  • Supporting the team in developing effective selling techniques, cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
  • Ensuring a consistent balance between commercial performance and the quality of the client experience.

Visual Merchandising and Brand Image

Ensure the correct implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and preserve the aesthetic identity of the brand through an elegant, coherent and refined product presentation.

The Store Manager will:

  • Maintain high standards of product display, store image and overall boutique atmosphere.
  • Ensure that visual presentation reflects the Posizioneing of Campomarzio70 and the prestige of the brands represented.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement product launches, animations, promotional activities and seasonal focuses.
  • Guarantee that the store is always aligned with luxury retail standards in terms of order, cleanliness, lighting, merchandising and product storytelling.

Store Operations

Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance with Azienda procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash operations, opening and closing procedures, stock handling and inventory activities.
  • Supervising warehouse organization, product availability and replenishment.
  • Ensuring compliance with Azienda policies, security procedures and administrative requirements.
  • Coordinating store activities in a structured and effective way.
  • Managing priorities, urgencies and operational issues with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ensuring that all procedures are properly understood and applied by the team.

Analysis and Reporting

Prepare regular analyses of store performance, identifying strengths, areas for improvement and corrective actions.

The Store Manager will:

  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Retail Director.
  • Analyze sales trends, KPI evolution, product performance and team results.
  • Share insights and proposals to improve store performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Support business planning through structured feedback from the store floor.

Requirements

  • At least 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail environments, preferably in beauty, artistic perfumery, design, lifestyle or fashion.
  • Proven experience in team management and people development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative, inspiring and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent client orientation and strong sensitivity to luxury service standards.
  • Solid commercial mindset and strong focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Fluent Italian and excellent English; knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
  • Passion for beauty, artistic perfumery, design and refined client experiences.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, elegant and demanding retail environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, reliability and attention to detail.
