- 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally within consulting, international, or legal organizations, demonstrating a proven ability to excel in high-performing environments
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree required
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously, with the ability to navigate complex priorities effectively
- Native Italian speaker and fluent in English, both written and verbal, enabling seamless communication across diverse audiences
- Exceptional organizational capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence
- Multitasking & Prioritization Proven ability to manage competing priorities, multitask efficiently, and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Accountability & Ownership A strong track record of taking full responsibility for tasks and delivering high-quality outcomes with professionalism and reliability
- Professional Communication A polished and professional telephone presence, paired with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to fostering positive relationships
- Strong email and calendaring skills (Outlook proficiency preferred); proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of colleagues supported
