Posizione:

Siamo alla ricerca di profili da inserire in qualità di Tecnico Computista in ambito Facility Management.

Principali Responsabilità

Le risorse, a supporto del Responsabile di cantiere, dovranno occuparsi di:

  • Effettuare i sopralluoghi tecnici finalizzati alla rilevazione dello stato di consistenza, conservazione degli impianti elaborazione di proposte dintervento;
  • Redigere computi metrici, relazioni tecniche, certificati di regolare esecuzione, liste in economia, e consuntivi;
  • Collaborare con i referenti di cantiere nellelaborazione della documentazione tecnica afferente agli interventi di particolare complessità e nellelaborazione di piani di manutenzione preventiva/predittiva.

Requisiti:

I candidati ideali sono geometri o periti tecnici, con esperienza - anche breve - nel medesimo ruolo.

Sono, inoltre, in possesso di:

  • Buona conoscenza del software per la contabilità "Primus";
  • Ottima capacità nelluso dei dispositivi informatici on desk e di campo;
  • Buone doti organizzative, relazionali e di problem solving.
