Posizione:
Per azienda cliente ricerchiamo un Tecnico Commerciale.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
Supportare lattuale ufficio commerciale, gestione telefonica dei clienti, consulenza sui prodotti a portafoglio, predisposizione e invio offerte con preventivo economico e gestione di tutto il back-office dellordine, a partire dallacquisizione;
Gestire incontri con i clienti, potenziali o già acquisiti, illustrando le caratteristiche e le funzioni dei prodotti, rispondendo alle eventuali richieste di chiarimenti e fidelizzazione dei clienti;
Fornire la necessaria assistenza in caso di problematiche che sorgano durante lutilizzo del prodotto;
Fare da tramite tra il cliente e lufficio tecnico aziendale che ha il compito di effettuare gli interventi e le riparazioni.
Requisiti:
Si richiede flessibilità e pregressa esperienza di vendita, di qualsiasi settore/tipologia
Titolo di studio: DIPLOMA tecnico/commerciale
