Marketing Communication Specialist

We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo, Italy!

The person will take part of Global Large Power Offering team and will closely work to develop and implement an integrated communication strategy aligned with the companys objectives and values.

What kind of work will you be doing?

• Create compelling and engaging content for internal and external channels, including newsletters, webcasts, blog posts, and more. Coordinate internal and external platforms, ensuring timely and relevant content are shared;
• Represent our company at job fairs, schools and universities and establish a strong presence within the local territory to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent. Support with promotional materials development and leverage social media to amplify our presence within the community;
• Assist in the promotion of the Customer Experience Center, develop and implement an integrated communication strategy aligned with the companys objectives and values;
• Support leadership and team in crafting key messages, presentations and other communication assets for internal and external events;
• Monitor industry trends, market and competitor activities to identify opportunities for thought leadership and proactive communication;
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

What will make you successful?

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences;
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms;
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation;
Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.
