Your Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, execute commercial strategies for growing the Mowi Brand in the Food Service channel in alignment with company goals in Mowi Italia Region (CEE)
  • Strengthen Mowis position by promoting its values—quality, sustainability, and innovation—and differentiate it as a premium seafood leader
  • Build and maintain partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in Food Service: 3-5 years proven experience of working with clients in the Food Service sector (experience with seafood is a plus).
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting business partnerships.
  • Negotiation and Analytical Skills: Demonstrated success in executing strategies that achieve sales goals.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Adaptability and Growth Mindset: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
