A few examples of your responsibilities

• Monitor and support the negotiation of offers to future Spooners, making sure they have all the relevant information
• Support Spooners throughout their journey in the company, including their onboarding, offboarding, and the implementation of performance review changes
• Help manage labor contracts for Spooners based in Italy and abroad, and assist foreign Spooners with their visa and relevant documentation
• Work with the People Operations team to manage and improve our Spooners’ welfare and benefits policies
• Keep up to date with laws and regulations regarding health and safety at work, and make sure they’re enforced
• Provide support for extraordinary administrative operations and ad hoc projects
