F&B Operations Manager

In line with Company guidelines, the F&B Operations Manager supervises the overall F&B operations on-board MSC Cruises vessels to achieve the highest results in terms of passengers satisfaction and on-board revenue.

• 3-5 years working experience in managing F&B operations in the Hotel or F&B industries.
• Fluent in English and Italian. Any additional language is an advantage.
• Computer literate with MS Office applications.
• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent working experience.
• Certificate or diploma in food safety\/HACCP is required.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills to support crew.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to analyse complex data.
• Planning & organisational skills.
• Monitor the F&B product implementation on board ensuring that the overall product delivery exceeds passengers expectations.
• Perform regular audits and inspections on board.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilised.
• Analyze on-board sales results and recommend actions to improve quality.
• Ensure smooth running of F&B operations including, but not limited to, loading of goods, port operations, inventory and stock levels, products quality, etc.
