FRAG Srl is looking for a Proposal Manager that will be a part of the Tendering dept. of the Energy Carriers Business Line, within the Proposal Management department

The candidate will manage the planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the proposal specifically of O&M projects, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination and management of the bidding project team (engineering, procurement, construction and staff functions such as legal, fiscal, insurance, finance)
• Monitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives
• Development of complete proposals for projects of any contractual scope (from reimbursable feasibility services to turn key EPC lump sum)
• Analyse Contract requirements and conditions in conjuction with commercial and legal functions
• Technical/commercial/contractual negotiations with clients, partners and vendors/sub-contractors
• Ensure definition /review of the costs estimating developed by estimator
• Prepare the assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with proposals
• Ensure the submittal of the Proposal to the Client

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering
• At least 2 years of work experience in the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) sector
• Open minded and willing to work in a flexible and agile manner
• Organization and prioritization skills
• Good knowledge MS Office, essential Word, Excel end Power Point
• Fluent knowledge of English language
